Hello!

My name is Jess and I love sharing yoga with kids, adults, families and everyone in between.

I started practising yoga in my early twenties for the physical workout, but it’s the mental and emotional benefits that kept me coming back. Now in my early thirties, I lean on yoga every day to keep my body and mind feeling good.

My style of teaching is not about the crazy flexible poses you might see on Instagram. I love to share simple, accessible and fun practices for normal people in their daily lives.

When not on my mat, you’ll find me in the surf, playing with my dog, or with my nose in a book.
